Mazda of Elk Grove

This was my first time buying new. Brianna was super helpful, I could not feel more taken care of. I got an awesome deal with %0 interest, the color, the type of car I wanted. Brianna and the finance guy we spoke with were extremely professional and both had excellent character. Super friendly and down to earth people. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of, they take care of you here and your needs. I would 100% recommend anyone to buy Mazda with Elk Grove.

Vu was very helpful and made the purchase of our new car less stressful. However I removed 1 star because even though we had a deposit down on a car weeks before it arrived, it still took 3 hours to complete the cash purchase. Mostly because the paperwork was not ready, and the finance manager kept trying to push service packages we did not want. Would have been a great experience otherwise.

I've been a dedicated patron at Nissan/Mazda of Elk Grove for over a decade, having purchased my vehicle from Mazda of Elk Grove a few years back. Despite the initially excellent service, there has been a noticeable deterioration in quality in recent years. My attempt to schedule an appointment before the holidays on December 23, 2023, turned into a vexing experience. The person in charge of appointment scheduling was uninformed and displayed rudeness. Despite the receptionist's endeavors to reroute my call to the scheduling department, these attempts proved futile. After enduring a 20-minute wait, my call was eventually forwarded to a disconnected number, resulting in a complete waste of my time. I've driven from another city specifically for the service in the past few years. However, following this unpleasant incident, I've decided not to return and strongly discourage others from considering this dealership. My disappointment is directed towards John and his team. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the receptionist was very helpful, despite her frustrations in being unable to transfer the call due to continuous redirections by the scheduling department.
